The Allen County Land Bank was first established in 2016, with Rachael Gilroy named as Founder and Administrator. The goal of the Land Bank is to take tax delinquent, vacant, dilapidated homes throughout Allen County for demolition or rehabilitation. After a home is demolished, we look for appropriate end-users of the property. In the past, we have donated properties to churches, villages, cities, and even Habitat for Humanity.

Our mission is to help establish healthy, safe, friendly neighborhoods in our communities throughout Allen County.
